2014/2015 UDUSOK Notice on Change of Course for Post-UTME Candidates

Candidate who have been admitted into the university with a course that distinct with there choice can apply for a change of course.

Candidate that wishes to apply for change of course can afford the form at any bank within the campus at the sum of N15,000

Candidate would be require to fill in all the necessary information and submit the form to the admission officer.

Candidate that apply for change of course must wait for a period of two to three weeks for approval to be granted and uploading of the new admission.

N.B:
-Don't start Registration before applying for change of course

-Don't apply unless you are qualified for change of course.

Federal University Dutse (FUD) Admission List 2014/2015 Post UTME and Direct Entry Released

FUD admission list for UTME & DE candidates has been released on the school’s admission status checker. All candidates that applied for admission into the institution are hereby informed.
 
Candidates that took part in Post Utme screening of Federal University Dutse on 30th August 2014 are hereby informed that the admission list for 2014/2015 academic session has been released.

FCE Abeokuta – UI 2014/2015 Post UTME Result, Cut-Off Mark Rleased - How to Check

The authorities of the Federal College of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta (FECABK) centre for degree programmes in affiliation with University of Ibadan have announced the release of the 2014/2015 academic session post UTME Result and the admission cut-off mark.

UNILAG Supplementary Admissions 2014/2015 Screening Guidelines
STEP 1: UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS: Each candidate should:

• Login to the UNILAG Students Portal on this website;
• Fill the Biodata Form; and
• Print the Screening Form

Students are expected to upload the under-listed documents while filling the Biodata form: Birth certificate, Letter of reference, Testimonial from secondary school attended, Certificate of State of Origin, JAMB Admission letter, and Previous Degree Certificates (DE students).
STEP 2: SCREENING: Each candidate should submit 12 passpost photographs and four (4) copies of the following documents to the Registration Officer at the screening Centre:

1. Screening Form generated from Stage 1
2. UTME Result Slip
3. UNILAG post-UTME Result Slip
4. O’ Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) OR Statement of Result with an online version of the result
5. Letter of reference from a reputable clergyman/imam/lawyer/senior civil servant
6. Birth Certificate/Sworn Declaration of Age
7. Testimonial from secondary school attended
8. Certificate of State of Origin
9. JAMB Admission Letter

STEP 3: POST SCREENING: After successful completion of screening, candidates should proceed for data capture and pay the obligatory charges at any of the following banks: Access Bank (UNILAG Branch), Ecobank, First Bank, GTBank, UBA (UNILAG Branch), Union Bank, Wema Bank and Zenith Bank.
STEP 4: FACULTY AND DEPARTMENTAL REGISTRATION: Candidates are requested to visit their Faculty and Department for registration.

STEP 5: FINAL ENROLMENT: Final enrolment is compulsory for all fully registered students (Merit and Supplementary). This will commence on Monday, November 17 and end on Friday, December 5, 2014. During this stage, all candidates are expected to submit a copy of the following documents to the Registration Officers as well as Department and Faculty:

• Completed and duly signed Students Biodata;
• Completed and duly signed Students Information Form (SIF); and
• Payment Acknowledgement Receipt

PLEASE NOTE THAT: All candidates for the University Of Lagos make up admissions MUST adhere strictly to the Registration schedule/time table and procedure. Impersonation is a serious offence and anybody found guilty of this offence will automatically forfeit his/her admission and may be handed over to the police.

Federal School of surveying, Oyo State (FSSOYO) 2014/2015 Post-UTME Screening Out

This is to inform candidates who chose Federal School of surveying, Oyo State as First Choice in the 2014 UTME that the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will take place on Saturday, 25th October, 2014 at the school’s Lecture Theater by 8.00am prompt.

All candidates who chose Federal School of Surveying as their First preferred Monotechnic Institution and who scored 150 and above and must have written Physics, Mathematics among other subjects during 2014 UTME are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.

Procedure for Documentation;
A.i. The eligible candidates should pay a screening fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (N2, 500.00) at the School’s Bursary on or before 4.00pm Thursday, 23rd October, 2014.


ii. Formal Documentation follows at Admission and Record’s Office.

On the screening day candidates are advised to come along with the under-listed for the screening exercise;

1.2 recent passport

2.1 copy of UTME Result slip

3.2 copies of O’level results provided it is available

4.Receipt of payment of (Two thousand and Five Hundred naira ) screening Fee

5.Writing materials: Biro, Pencil, Eraser, Calculator etc
