2014/2015 UDUSOK Notice on Change of Course for Post-UTME Candidates

Candidate who have been admitted into the university with a course that distinct with there choice can apply for a change of course.

Candidate that wishes to apply for change of course can afford the form at any bank within the campus at the sum of N15,000

Candidate would be require to fill in all the necessary information and submit the form to the admission officer.

Candidate that apply for change of course must wait for a period of two to three weeks for approval to be granted and uploading of the new admission.

N.B:
-Don't start Registration before applying for change of course

-Don't apply unless you are qualified for change of course.

Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi 2014/2015 National Diploma Change of Course Form Now Out

Auchi Polytechnic Change of course application form for 2014/2015 ND programme is now available. Interested candidates and members of the general public are hereby informed.
 
Candidates that were not admitted into their desired programme or were not offered admission at all into Auchi polytechnic can now apply for change of course form. The form is available now.

Below are the REQUIREMENTS for purchasing and filling in the 2014/2015 Auchi Poly ND change-of-course form.
1. O’level result (e.g Waec, neco, gce, Nabteb etc).
2. Jamb registration number.
3. Auchi Poly scratch card. (The scratch card you were given when u purchased the Post-UTME form few months ago).

The form still costs N1,200 only (bank commission included)

Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba change of course application form into the newly accredited Faculty Of Agriculture for 2014/2015 session is out. Interested candidates and members of the public are hereby informed.
 
The management of the school invites applications from suitably qualified candidates into a five year Degree programme of the Faculty of Agriculture of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba in the following courses.

Prospective candidates must have sat for the AAUA PUTME held in August 2014 and must have scored a minimum of 40% to qualify for admission.

Specific Requirements For Admission Into AAUA Faculty Of Agriculture

In addition to the general requirements stated above, candidates must possess the specific qualifications for the respective courses as stated below:

• Agricultural Economics: Five ‘O’ Level Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, Economics with at least a pass in Physics.
• Agricultural Extension and Rural Development: Five ‘O’ Level Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, Economics with at least a pass in Physics.
• Animal Science: Five ‘O’ Level Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, and Physics. The Credit pass in Agricultural Science must be in addition to at least a pass in Biology.
• Agronomy: Five ‘O’ Level Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, and Physics. The Credit pass in Agricultural Science must be in addition to at least a pass in Biology.
• Fisheries: Five ‘O’ Level Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, and Physics. The Credit pass in Agricultural Science must be in addition to at least a pass in Biology.

FUTA Admissions to Newly Approved Degree Programmes & Procedure for Change Of Course for Candidates not Given Admission 2014/2015

Applications are hereby invited for admission into the following Departments. Applicants should be qualified candidates who made FUTA their Most Preferred Choice Institution during the 2014 UTME. Such candidates must have scored not less than 180 in the UTME and not less than 45% in the P-UTME of the University. In addition, candidates must have taken the relevant UTME subjects and posses a minimum of five (5) relevant Ordinary Level/SSCE credit passes. The credit passes must have been obtained at not be more than two (2) sittings. Candidates who have been offered provisional admission need not apply. The Departments, relevant UTME subjects and the minimum required Ordinary Level/ SSCE subjects are as follows:

Each candidate is expected to make three (3) choices: Most Preferred, More Preferred and Preferred. The UTME subjects and SSCE/Ordinary Level results must be relevant to the three choices.

Submit and print the Change of Course Form online.

Note: Candidates should fill in their Ordinary Level/SSCE results in the space provided in the Form. They should be careful in the choice of courses by ensuring that the Ordinary Level/SSCE subjects fulfill the minimum requirements for the courses chosen.
