ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR THE EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS POST BASIC MIDWIFERY COURSE
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the Entrance Examination for admission into the School of Post Basic Midwifery for Eighteen (18) months Midwifery Programme.
ENTRY QUALIFICATION
• Prospective candidates must possess the following:
• Five (5) CREDITS in WASC/SSCE/NECO in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings.
• Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria
PURCHASE OF FORMS
This is with payment of the sum of Five thousand, two hundred naira (#5,200). This should be payable into UBTH Training Schools Account through Teller into Fidelity Bank, Uniben Branch only, Ugbowo. Benin City. Account No. 5030047475. Sale of Forms begins from 5th May 2014. The Tellers must be collected from the School before payment is made in the bank.
