Entry Requirements Into Federal Poly ado Ekiti HND 2014/2015
Candidates should possess
1. National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in the
Course/program choice and five (5) relevant cedits including English
Language and Mathematic in the SSCE/NECO or GCE O’Level. Candidates are
advised to visit the Polytechnic website ( www.fedpolyado.edu.ng) to
avail themselves of the requisite requirements for the National Diploma
of each programme that makes them prima facie qualified for the HND
programmes.
2.A minimum of one year post ND cognate work experience (Industrial Training) in addition to 1 above.

are required to complete the Institution’s application form available
on-line from Monday, 4th August 2014 to Tuesday, 30thSeptember 2014.

2.Click on the HND FULL TIME Application
3.Log in with your E- transact confirmation order number (as printed on your E-Transact slip)
4.Complete the application form as appropriate: upload your passport
photograph; supply Your phone number and your own e-mail address.
5.Click on submit to print your application form and Acknowledgement slip.
