This is to inform all those who choose Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi as their first choice and sat for the Computer Base Test (CBT) for the 2014/2015 accedemic Session, that change of course form is available for the following departments:

SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES:
1. Surveying and Geoinformatics.
2. Quantity Surveying.
3. Architectural Technology.
4. Urban and Regional Planning.
5. Building Technology.

SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY:
1. Agricultural and Bio-Envioronmental Technology.
2. Chemical Engineering Technology.

SCHOOL OF INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY:
1. Statistics.

SCHOOL OF APPLIED SCIENCES:
1. Polymer Technology.
2. Food Technology.
3. Ceramics Technology.
4. Hospitality Management.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidates must score 150 and above.
2. Candidates must posses 5 credits including Mathematics and English at not more than 2 sittings.

The change of course form can be purchase at Unity bank Auchi, The amount is N1,000 and bank commission of N500.
