CBT Candidates Apply Now for Change of Course/Institution Extended For PPT Candidates

With JAMB yet to give any official deadline on 2014 change of course/institution, a greater opportunity has been given to candidates (CBT and PPT) to apply for a change to any course/institution of their choice. 

We advise candidates (CBT and PPT) to take advantage of this now since JAMB may give a very short notice on the deadline.

JAMB Withholds 2,494 Results After Releasing DBT, PPT - Jamb 2014 Statistics

According to the report, about 2,494 jamb results have been withheld due to various examination malpractice.

The registrar, Prof Dibu Ojerinde who announced this yesterday,wednesday, 16th April, 2014 at JAMB headquarters, Abuja, said a total of 1,015,504 results were released out of the 1.5 million that registered.
So far, 990,179 and 25,325 sat for the PPT (Paper Pencil Test) and DBT (Dual Based Test) respectively.

The Registrar said and I quote /“The board has not completed thematriculation examination as the last mode which is the Computer Based Examination, CBT will be taking place from Saturday, 17th May-Saturday,
31st May, 2014.”/

Jambites whose first choices are Universities are 995,901 in number. Polytechnics have 13,761 applicants while Colleges of Education and Innovative Enterprise Institute have 20,558 and 32 applicants respectively.

As at the time of writing this news, 174 visually impaired sat for the exams, 36,164 and 37,315 are for invalid results and absentee applicants respectively.

Meanwhile, 8 centres in Abia, Rivers, Ebonyi and Imo States have been indicted by the Jamb-UTME board for extorting from N500 – N1,000 from applicants. The board’s helmsman pledged that the culprits will be dealt with.

Prof. Ojerinde disclosed that the boards has made the checking of Jamb Resultto be easy and straight to the point.

Jamb UTME 2014 PPT Results Out - How to Check Your Result

This is to inform all the candidates who participated in the jamb PPT 2014 are eager to check their results, and due to the tensions that comes with this, a lot of candidates are going to make a few mistakes when the JAMB UTME 2014 PPT results is released. Now, From the jamb Official we have the correct information, we contacted JAMB officials, who that the *JAMB 2014-2015 PPT Result* will be out today, thursday, 17th April, 2014 at a press conference in Abuja.

We all know that some issues might cause the result not to be out today, however, we are 95 per cent sure that the result will be released today and we are going to share the information right here on our page.
