LASU 2nd Semester 2013/2014 Examination Date Out

According to a fresh news bulletin released from the office of the Vice Chancellor, examinations would hold between 15th and 31st of December while the students would be giving a Christmas break between 24th and 28th while exams continues immediately.

The bulletin further revealed that second semester‎ comes to an end on Friday 23rd of January while a fresh session begins immediately on Monday 26th of
January, 2015.

UNIJOS 2013/2014 Second Semester Examination Dates

It is now confirmed that the second semester examinations for the 2013/2014 academic session of the University of Jos would commence on Monday, November 24, 2014.

Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics, Professor Benjamin Ugwu said in a statement that the examinations would run through to Friday, December 19.

According to the statement, registration of both new and returning students for the 2014/2015 academic session shall commence on January 5, 2015.

He called on deans, heads of departments, staff and students to comply strictly with this Senate approved calendar for a successful academic season.

This clarification lays to rest speculations among
students about when the examinations would hold.

2014 Nigerian Navy Recruitment Aptitude Test Screening Dates

Nigerian Navy Recruitment 2014 aptitude test (screening) dates and schedule of certificate verification has been released. The recruitment screening will start on 8th December, 2014 and come to a close on 12th December, 2014. Candidates that apply will go through the screening exercise as outlined below.

Application for UNIPORT 2014/2015 Pre- Degree and Screening Dates

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates, for admission into any of the following Pre-degree Programmes in the 2014/2015 Session.

ELIGIBILITY
The Pre-degree Programme is open to applicants with a minimum of five (5) Credits in not more than two sittings in English Language and other relevant subjects [in GCE, SSCE, NECO, NABTEB & TC II (TC II is applicable for applicants for Faculty of Education)].

COURSE DURATION
The Programme is for a period of one year (one academic session).

METHOD OF APPLICATION
i.Application for the various Programmes is online. Log on to www.uniport.edu.ng,click on application procedure and follow the instructions.

ii.Application Forms can be obtained online on payment of non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand, Six Hundred and Fifty Naira (N10,650.00) for School of Basic Studies and Faculty of Education respectively; and Eleven Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Naira (N11,150.00) for Faculty of Humanities, at the designated Banks listed below, nation-wide.

OAU 2014/2015 Pre-degree Entrance Examination Date & Cut-off points Out

Federal Polytechnic Nekede 2013/2014 2nd Semester Resumption Date Announced

This is to inform the students in particular and Polytechnic Community in general that the second semester 2013/2014 academic session begins on Monday 15th September, 2014 for morning (regular) students.

There will be a mid-semester break for all students from Tuesday, 30th September – Saturday, 11th October, 2014.
