UNIOSUN School Fees 2014/2015 Academic Session

The Management wishes to confirm the regime of fees payable during the 2014/2015 academic session by all students. For ease of reference, the table of fees as applicable to all students is accessible by clicking here

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION FOR 2014/2015
The tuition and other fees should be paid once and in full by all students to avoid creating time wasting challenges for the IMTC on Portal Management;

The payment of school fees henceforth is by Interswitch WebPAY Platform through the use of Interswitch enabled Debit/ATM cards.

For more information, read or download below, the Step-By-Step Guide on How to Use the UNIOSUN WebPAY Platform. You can also read the WebPAY Frequently Asked Questions and Tips here for further information.

Other payments such as Portal Access and Late Registration shall be by the use of scratch cards obtainable at designated banks.

The deadline for payment for returning students is Sunday, November 23, 2014;

Late registration which will attract a penalty of ten thousand naira (N10,000.00) will start onMonday, November 24, 2014 and end on Sunday, December 7, 2014;

Any student who failed to register and comply with the deadlines will forfeit the semester;

All Fresh Students must obtain CLEARANCE from their respective College Secretaries before they can be activated to make payments of tuition and other allied fees;

All Fresh Students are expected to make full payment by Sunday, December 14, 2014;

Any fresh student who failed to register on or before December 14, 2014, would forfeit the provisional admission offer.

All students in the College of Law, Ifetedo Campus are required to pay their "Accomodation Fees" of N60,000.00 (Sixty thousand Naira ONLY) using the following account details;

UNIOSUN 2014/2015 Supplementary Admission Into Pre-Degree Programme Released - Requirements

Supplementary applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into one-year Pre-Degree Science Programme for the 2014/2015 Academic Session.
 
GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess O/L, SSCE (WAEC), SSCE (NECO) or equivalent with a minimum of four relevant credit passes in subjects which must include English Language for Arts; and English and Mathematics for Sciences and Social Sciences. Candidates with deficiencies in their ‘O’ level results will be considered; but such candidates are, however, required to make up for any deficiency before the 2014/2015 UTME admission exercise.

COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORMS
Candidates are to register on-line by accessing the University website: http://www.uniosun.edu.ng or directly on the Pre-Degree Portal at http://pds.uniosun.edu.ng to complete and submit Application Forms. Candidates are also expected to print two (2) copies of the application form after submission. Each candidate is to bring along a copy of the application form on the day of the screening exercise. The second copy is to be submitted on admission to the University.

Option 1: Visit the UNIOSUN Pre-Degree Portal via http://www.uniosun.edu.ng or http://pds.uniosun.edu.ng this will take you to the online Application Platform. Ensure you read all registration guidelines and instructions before proceeding to register. UNIOSUN IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL FRESHERS: PROCEDURE FOR SCREENING REGISTRATION

1. Upon completion of Acceptance Registration on the Admissions Portal, all freshers are required to proceed to the College Office for screening exercise.

2. Freshers are to present the following documents in the order listed below:

a) UNIOSUN Provisional Admission Slip
b) JAMB Admission Letter
c) O’Level Result
d) Statement of Result and Copy of Academic Transcript (Direct Entry Only)
e) UTME Result/DE Registration Form
f) Post UTME Screening Result
g) Two copies of Acceptance Clearance
h) Valid (three years) Tax Clearance of Parent
i) Osun State Development Levy

3. After successful verification of the documents listed in (2) above, freshers are to collect files and other necessary documents. The Students’ Portal account of the fresher is then activated. PLEASE NOTE 

THAT ONLY ACTIVATED PORTAL ACCOUNTS CAN PROCEED FOR FURTHER REGISTRATION.
4. After activation, freshers are to proceed for payment of the stipulated fees via the UNIOSUN Interswitch WebPAY platform.

5. Freshers are to complete courses registration online and submit copies of course forms in their respective Departments.

6. Freshers are to submit the files collected in (3) above with all the necessary documents on or before the registration deadline.

How to Check UNIOSUN 2014/2015 Supplementary Admission List

UNIOSUN  Supplementary Admission List for the 2014/2015 academic session has been released. The released admission list is the make-up list for the 2014/2015 academic session. Candidates who took part in the 2014 Post-UTME screening of UNIOSUN can now check their admission status online on the admission-checking portal.
 
Checking the 2014 Osun State Admission status/list can be done by following the steps outlined below in this post. All you need is your JAMB UTME or Direct Entry Registration number to check:
1) Go to the UNIOSUN Supplementary Admission Status Checking Portal here: http://postutme.uniosun.edu.ng/
2) Click on Returning Applicant to check
3) Enter your DE/UTME Reg. No. in the allotted space,
4) Enter your Password,(the password required to Sign In here is the one you created during your registration)
5) Click on the Sign In button to access your admission status.

UNIOSUN 2014/2015 Notice on Acceptance Fee Payment

This is to notify all candidates who have been offered Provisional Admission into any of the undergraduate
programmes of Osun State University that payment of Acceptance Fees has commenced.

All admitted candidates are hereby directed to pay the sum of twenty-five thousand naira (N25,000.00) only as Acceptance Fees for the Provisional Admission offered.

Payment of the Acceptance Fees is by the UNIOSUN

University of Osun 2014/2015 Post-UTME Application, Screening Requirements and Venue

This is to notify the general public that the 2014 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) screening exercise will hold on Saturday 2nd, August 2014 at 10.00 am for candidates who chose Osun State University as their 1st choice, with a minimum score of 180.

However, candidates that scored less than 200 would not be considered for admission into any of the under-listed programmes:

Accounting
Economics
Political Science
Law

Also, candidates that are interested in the following programmes but did not choose UNIOSUN can also apply: Nursing, Public Health, Guidance and Counseling, Educational Management.

SPECIAL NOTICE:
The University is not admitting candidates for MBBS (Medicine) programme for the 2013/2014 academic session. Candidates for the MBBS programme may wish to change to any of the programmes in the University for which they are qualified or apply for a change of institution to other Universities.

COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORMS
Candidates are to register on-line by accessing the University website: http://www.uniosun.edu.ng or the Post UTME portal at http://postutme.uniosun.edu.ng to complete and submit an application. They are expected to print two (2) copies of the application form after submission. One of these two copies should be brought along together with a copy of the candidate’s UTME score print-out on the day of the screening exercise. The second copy is to be submitted upon admission to the University.

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES
Direct Entry candidates should complete the form on-line following the same process as above and report on the screening day. They are also expected to forward their Academic Transcript to the Registrar of Osun State University.

SCREENING CENTRES
All candidates (UTME and Direct Entry) are to report for screening at the date and centres indicated on their online registration printout. Candidates must report at least one hour before the commencement of the exercise.
