According to the Chairman of the union this is to register their grievances over what they called misappropriation of funds by the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof James Adelabu.
The VC was said to have misused his power and plots to cripple the union by not paying their check-off dues which includes their teaching, marking, supervision and professional allowances dating back to 2010.
